RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities * Design, develop and lead the delivery plan across the HR data platform for both onboarded applications (upgrades, migrations, decommissioning, &hellip) and new applications (projects and programmes) * RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Design, develop and lead the delivery plan across the HR data platform for both onboarded applications (upgrades, migrations, decommissioning, ) and new applications (projects and programmes) Work closely with Reporting, People Analytics, and Insights as well HR data consumers implementing data analytic pipelines. Help define data governance policies and support data management processes Maintain security and data privacy working closely with Data Governance internally Ensure project status, RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues, resource forecasts and weekly status reports are updated. Ensure top RAIDS are proactively identified, managed and reported across the portfolio. Ensure project artefacts are properly documented and protected / controlled, in appropriate document repositories, and all minimum standards are adhered to. Ensures resource allocation is in line with Delivery requirements Manage, strengthen, and guide the team on resource management (planning/forecasting, approvals, sourcing, allocations, capacity management, onboarding/offboarding). Ensure compliance with all governance frameworks where there are direct touch points with them or any subsequent downstream influence from the TTO Team, including the Data Management Framework Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Skills & Attributes Lead and manage delivery team/s to successfully deliver all key milestones and product outcomes within scope, on time, and to expected standards Reviews scopes/plans and prioritizes one or more projects. Requires extensive knowledge of the Datawarehouse and data platforms Developing the processes and procedures for the warehouse&rsquos day-to-day operations. Analysing business requirements to design and implement solutions ensuring compliance with Data Governance and Data Quality management standards. Very good exposure to Data warehouse concepts and very good understanding of ETL methodology. Strong SDLC delivery experience for complex Enterprise BI-DWH solutions Our Ideal Candidate At least 10 years of experience Knowledge in developing complex dashboards, Visual Analytics , data modeling Knowledgein TD, Hadoop in a Linux environment Finance and HR domain knowledge is desirable.
