This role is responsible for managing the supply chain for a key customer, ensuring smooth coordination across departments like Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to meet demand efficiently. It requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to maintain service excellence.

• Manage supply chain operations for a key customer.
• Ensure smooth coordination and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
• Understand customer requirements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and logistics providers.
• Coordinate and support customer orders across the supply chain.
• Work closely with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to balance demand, inventory, and cost.
• Prepare and share reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supply chain demand and supply planning, forecasting, and inventory control.

A successful Demand and Supply Planner should have:

• Holds a degree in supply chain or a related field.
• Proficient in business English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in international supply chain operations is a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Skilled in forecasting, inventory control, and demand-supply planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
