Job Description
Seeking a skilled Demand Manager to lead resource planning, allocation, and fulfillment across multiple tech delivery teams.
This role ensures the right capabilities are assigned to the right projects, manages vendor coordination, tracks resource chargeability, and supports workforce planning in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
resource allocation and assign
the right capability to the right projects. Key point of contact for income projects, work effort, identifying the best fit resource . Ensure full resource chargeability / profitability. Track and fullfill the projects. Handle work orders, working closely with procurement and relevant stakeholders.Key Requirements
Min 8-10 years experience in resource planning or resource management. Strong ability to manage stakeholders and vendors. Understands project managements with crucial IT Tech deliverables. Set a benchmark and deliver on project resources. Familiar with business applications
across banking and tech landscapes
