This role is responsible for creating and owning the demand forecast and converting it into a master productions schedule. This role must also have strong communications skills and be confident in stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting S&OP processes in the business like identifying gaps in forecasts vs targets
- Understanding the impact of the forecast on inventory levels (which includes aging stocks and action plans), customer service and filling
- Ensuring 12 and/or 24 month rolling forecast is available and shared to all sourcing units
- Ongoing priorities will include cost optimisation and network capacity management
- Have a minimum of 5 years of demand planning and supply planning experience
- Holding a Degree in either Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or relevant
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP
- Must be from a FMCG or Consumer Goods background
