As a Demand Planner II, you will have unique opportunity to work within the APACI region of service repair operations for the PSS business within Industrial Automation. The team has a long and good tenure with the business and a strong internal culture of supporting one another while being agile in achieving team outcomes. As a demand planner within this dynamic team, the candidate will mainly look after India, with opportunities for crossover support as backup when required.The team has a local presence in Malaysia, with another demand planner and a technical specialist. The candidate will be working with the Repair Supervisor in India and be a part of a greater team that is based out of Australia, consisting of 9 people. Within the service team, there is potential for growth within the ISC and service space. The team is known for its collaborative spirit, where diverse perspectives and ideas are valued and fostered.
Core Skills & Competencies
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and work within RMA portal to forecast parts trends and demand accurately.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing data and ensuring precise demand planning.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues in the supply chain react immediately to customs enquires and find effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills for software, such as Excel, Teams, Databases and ERP systems like SAP.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and regionally based teams.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Desired Skills & Competencies
Understanding of statistical methods for demand forecasting and ISC roles.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry Honeywell PSS operates in.
Leadership Skills: Potential to lead projects and initiatives within the demand planning function.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma: Experience in process improvement methodologies.
