Job Description

Demand Forecasting:

• Responsible for creating baseline forecasts at SKU level using statistical analysis and incorporating local market intelligence to generate an unbiased value/volume demand forecast for current and new products can be submitted to the Supply operation as a key part of the CCC/ S&OP process.
• Support provided for IT aspects of process ie Demand Signals to sites. Use KPIs to measure Forecast Accuracy and Forecats Bias in the plans.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to inventory control, transportation, materials management, and distribution.
• Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
• Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
• Match incumbents responsible for procurement or purchasing to the Procurement job family.
