Demand Planner

Job Description
We're hiring a Demand Planner to take ownership of the S&OP process and forecasting for the India market. This role requires strong presentation skills, independence, and the ability to manage long-range planning in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
- Own and lead the monthly S&OP process, including forecast preparation and presentation.
- Manage demand planning for the India market, known for its complexity and high variability.
- Forecast across hundreds of SKUs using Excel.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align production and inventory strategies.
- Plan up to 6 months ahead, adapting to evolving market conditions.
- Navigate challenges in systems and processes with a proactive mindset.
- Support continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.
A successful Demand Planner should have:
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP ownership.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Independent and resilient, able to manage complex market dynamics.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Comfortable working in environments with evolving systems and processes.
- Experience managing high-SKU portfolios and long-term planning cycles.
- Strategic role with ownership of planning processes.
- Exposure to regional markets and cross-functional collaboration.
