Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
Utilising a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
Managing and maintaining the demand planning process including updating relevant spreadsheets and databases
Providing input to the wider Centre of Excellence (COE) organisation in developing inventory strategies globally on existing assets, new products, and product phase-outs.
Master data creation, mapping and management
Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external suppliers and Customers.
Compile and issue weekly and monthly KPI reports
Recommend purchase order placement and work in conjunction with Asset Management team
Assist and support in developing new ways of working as the business expands
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience of working in operations or supply chain within the telecommunications industry.
Strong analytical skills.
Good financial acumen.
Account management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work methodically with attention to details.
