This role leads the demand and supply planning function for Southeast Asia, ensuring forecast accuracy, service reliability, and agile supply execution. You'll collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with commercial goals and customer needs.

• Own SEA demand and supply planning, including S&OP/S&OE processes.
• Build and manage forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., FA, SL, DOH).
• Collaborate with global supply teams, co-manufacturers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Lead inventory optimization, sourcing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage and coach a regional planning team.

A successful Demand and Supply Planning Manager should have:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong experience in demand/supply planning, ideally in FMCG or food services supply chains.
• Proficient in SAP, APO/IBP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
