Summary


You will be responsible to support the Chef de Partie in the daily operations of the associate dining kitchen. This role assists in preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals for team members, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operations.


Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. Experience in high-volume meal preparation is an advantage. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. * Culinary education or certification is a plus.
