Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with stock control and kitchen inventory
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef or similar role
Basic culinary skills and kitchen knowledge
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage
