Minimum 2 years professional French fine dining kitchen experience
Written and spoken English or French
Successful completion of a 4 year apprenticeship or relevant training
Food Safety training / certificate (HACCP or ISO22000 preferred)Responsibility:
Preparing and cooking food. Assisting in all activities in the kitchen.
Cleaning, tidying and maintaining the kitchen and tools.
Upholding health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Providing customer service to staff and customers.
