Job Requirements
At least two years of professional cooking experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and present food according to the hotel's recipes and standards.
Prepare ingredients and cook food for all areas of the hotel, including banquets, restaurants, and bars.
Ensure food is stored correctly and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen.
Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
Manage inventory and supplies.
