Assist the chef with food preparation and cooking.
Maintain proper hygiene standards and support overall kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the required standards.
Supervise junior staff and provide guidance when needed.
Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Ensure all food produced is of high quality and complies with safety regulations
Qualifications:
1-2 years kitchen experience (commis level or similar).
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
Able to follow recipes and instructions from CDP/Sous Chef.
Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
Able to work fast, stay organized, and handle pressure.
Willing to learn and improve skills.
Good teamwork and communication.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit to stand long hours.
