Position: Demi Chef
:
Assist the Head Chef/CDP in managing a specific section (hot kitchen, sushi bar, yakitori, or cold kitchen).
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to company standards and recipes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
Supervise and guide commis staff in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, proper stock rotation, and storage of ingredients.
Support new menu development and assist in food testing and staff training.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
Strong cooking techniques and good knowledge of kitchen operations.
Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
Passionate about food and eager to grow in the culinary field.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistency under pressure.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
