Requirements

• Possess SPM/'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in dental assisting procedures and techniques.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Able to follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Capable of assisting with X-rays and ensuring patient safety.
• Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized operatory.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Provide chairside assistance during dental examinations and treatments.
• Record patient treatment information accurately in records.
• Give patients instructions for oral care after treatments or surgery.
• Maintain infection control protocols and a sterile environment.
• Order and manage dental supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of treatment plans.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing patient records.
