Greet and assist patients warmly upon arrival.
Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and reminders.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and general patient communication.
Assist patients with registration, consent forms, and payment process.
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
Administrative Support:
Update and manage patient records accurately.
Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic coordination.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and simple administrative documents.
Handle stock check for front desk items (forms, brochures, etc.).
Support clinic operations and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
