A reputable dental clinic located in the

Sri Petaling

area is currently hiring for the position of

Customer Service Executive cum Admin

. This clinic provides a full range of dental services with a commitment to patient care and operational excellence.

Positions Available

: 2

Working Hours & Days

6 days per week (1 weekday off) Shift Options: Morning: 9:00am - 6:00pm Afternoon: 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Compensation

Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (depending on experience) Additional Allowances & Bonuses: Transport allowance Parking allowance Overtime pay Attendance allowance Performance incentives Yearly bonus Extra OT on public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Attend to patients at reception, manage registration, and handle appointment bookings Collect and process payments Assist with dental procedures (training will be provided) Maintain cleanliness and ensure sterilization of instruments Keep accurate records and patient information Guide patients before and after treatments Monitor clinic inventory and supplies Support in taking X-rays (with training)

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizens of any race Age: 25 to 35 years old Gender: Open to all Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply Must be fluent in

Mandarin

(spoken and written) Able to converse in

Malay

and

English

Independent, responsible, with strong communication and organizational skills
