About This Role



As Zenyum looks to further increase our presence in Malaysia, we are looking for a driven individual to join us as our Dental Partnerships Manager.


Reporting directly to our Managing Director and working closely with our VP of Partnerships in HQ Singapore, your role will be to drive brand excellence across our network of partners in Malaysia. You will be the main point of contact for both new and existing partners, forging new relations whilst further building upon existing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: you will be in charge of developing our business via our dental and healthcare partners. To drive additional healthcare opportunities and to ensure our clinic partners are growing their business in parallel with us
  • Growth of Partnerships: You will have the option to drive additional partnerships across healthcare.
  • Customer Experience: You will drive customer experience through our clinic partners to make it the most exciting and differential in the market.
  • Operations: You will work to drive the most efficient processes end to end across our clinic partners and our operations to maximize customer love and efficiency.
  • Coordination: you will be the connection belt across the company, meaning you will need to coordinate with our operations team, internal dental team and sales team to ensure the best possible client journey.
  • Insights Generation: You will be asked to work with the rest of the team to identify key challenges in (1) our in clinic customer engagement process, (2) production and servicing operations (3) marketing messaging to customers.
  • Partner Enablement: You will drive the business by making our relationships with our partners stronger and by enabling them to grow faster.

Requirements

  • Minimal 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management related scope of work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Bilingual in written and spoken English and Malay. Advantageous to be trilingual with Mandarin proficiency.
  • Advantageous to possess relevant experience in any of the following sectors: dental, medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare (or related)
  • Keen interest to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and capable of being a quick learner in a fast paced environment
