Job Scope : \xef\x82\xb7Perform front desk task such as manage patients and dentist appointment, reception task and filling invoices. \xef\x82\xb7Able to Upsell products & services \xef\x82\xb7Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials \xef\x82\xb7Update patient\xe2\x80\x99s tracking list system \xef\x82\xb7Maintain confidentiality of all dentist, staff and patient information. \xef\x82\xb7Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. \xef\x82\xb7Reviewing and routing customer service email and reply messages \xef\x82\xb7Keep record files updated \xef\x82\xb7Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements \xef\x82\xb7At least 2 years of working experience in ANY field. Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position is an added advantage. \xef\x82\xb7Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification. \xef\x82\xb7Possess leadership skills \xef\x82\xb7Willing to learn basic dentistry (treatments and product) \xef\x82\xb7Customer service orientation \xef\x82\xb7Familiar with office machines (Computer, printer, etc) \xef\x82\xb7Able to work on night shift (Overtime) \xef\x82\xb7Able to work on Weekends (one day off in a week, by shift) \xef\x82\xb7Able to work under pressure \xef\x82\xb7Flexible, willing to travel to different branches \xef\x82\xb7Preferably with own transportation \xef\x82\xb7Pleasant personality and able to converse in English/Bahasa Malaysia well), mandarin is an added advantage. \xef\x82\xb7Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, powerpoint) \xef\x82\xb7Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities \xef\x82\xb7Problem solving skills Kindly send your resume/CV to email hrplatinumdental@gmail.com
