Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule or confirm appointments.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Verify insurance information, eligibility, and coverage details.
Collect patient payments, process transactions, and provide receipts.
Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists regarding scheduling needs.
Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Manage waiting room flow to ensure timely appointments.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Uphold a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
Assist with and complete additional tasks or duties assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications
SPM certification or Diploma, additional administrative or dental office training is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
