Job Summary:

The

Dental Surgeon Assistant cum Marketing Executive

is responsible for assisting dental surgeons during clinical procedures while also managing the clinic's marketing and promotional activities. This role requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude toward patients, and creativity in developing marketing strategies to enhance the clinic's visibility and patient growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Dental Assistant) Duties:

Prepare dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before and after procedures. Assist dental surgeons during examinations and treatments (e.g. suction, passing instruments, mixing materials). Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures at all times. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic area. Provide post-treatment care instructions and ensure patient comfort.

Marketing & Administrative Duties:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the clinic's services. Manage the clinic's social media platforms and respond to inquiries professionally. Coordinate photoshoots, social media content, and promotions with management approval. Build relationships with patients, schools, or nearby businesses to increase referrals. Assist in preparing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and online advertisements. Track marketing performance and provide simple reports or feedback to management. Support reception duties such as answering calls, managing appointments, and handling payments when required.

Requirements:

Experience in dental assisting or clinical setting is an advantage. Knowledge of infection control, dental terminology, and clinical workflow preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

. Creative mindset with basic understanding of

social media marketing

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team environment. Willing to work on weekends or extended hours when required.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
