Omega Dental Sdn Bhd (Alpha Dental Group), a leading dental practice in Johor Bahru, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in our modern clinic located in Johor Bahru, Johor.
What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred; however, candidates with no experience but a passion for the healthcare industry are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the dental team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy clinic environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and protocols.
• A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients.

• Alpha Dental Specialist Centre - Taman Sri Tebrau

What you'll be doing: -

• Assisting the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, holding suction devices, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment.
• Greeting and welcoming patients, and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Updating and maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
• Handling and disposing of medical waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
