Working Experience:

With or without Experience (With experience will be an added advantage) Customer service / equivalent working experience knowledge of computer and relevant software applications knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis is plus point

Main Purpose

Assist Dentist in dental procedure
Co-ordinate and organize appointments and administration to facilitate the efficient running of the dental office.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Any task related to dental assisting greet patients register new patients accordingly assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation verify and update patient information inform patients of dental office procedures and policy maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations answer and manage incoming calls respond and comply to requests for information schedule patient appointments confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol check & manage daily appointment schedule dispatch lab work appropriately prepare claim forms for dental insurance maintain a professional reception area safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Involvement in marketing strategy, including social media related activities

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
