We're Hiring: Full-Time Dental Surgery Assistant & Receptionist (with Marketing Advantage)

Location:

Teethos Dental Clinic - Just a 1-minute walk from Pasar Seni MRT, LRT, and bus station!

Join our vibrant and supportive team in a modern, friendly dental clinic environment. Your main role will be assisting in the surgery room, but you'll also have the chance to deal with the front desk work. Marketing knowledge is not compulsory, but it's a big plus if you can support our social media and clinic promotions.

- RM2,500

(depending on experience and performance)

3-months probation period

Job Scope:

Assist in the surgery room

(e.g., preparing instruments, supporting the dental team, ensuring cleanliness adn sterilization) Welcome and register patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries Manage calls, WhatsApp, and other administrative tasks Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk Support marketing activities (e.g., social media updates, patient engagement, clinic promotions) - advantage, but not compulsory*

Requirements:

Must be able to work on weekends Good communication skills and positive working attitude Willingness to learn and assist in the surgery room (training provided) Basic computer knowledge (marketing/social media skills are an advantage, but not compulsory) Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin is a strong advantage!
