Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform various patient care, administrative works, and work side-chair with dentist as dentist treats patients. Work with patients to ensure their comfort is tiptop, pre and post treatment. Prep consultation room and treatment procedures with tools and medication. Assist in front desk registration and managing dental records, as needed. Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the clinical areas, including sterilisation of instruments, general tidiness and appropriate disposal of waste. Required to manage clinic reception area / front desk including greets & welcoming patients, scheduling, confirming & follow up on client's treatment appointments, obtaining & maintaining patient record, health & allergy history, settling payments & receipts. Required to answer patient's enquiries and provide advices on dental hygiene (Guidance & training will be provided as candidates will learn along the way as well).
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level. Higher Secondary/STM/ Diploma in Nursing or equivalent is added advantage. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (If able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage) Having an open mind and willing to learn. (This is very important.) Good computer skills. Exceptional communication and people skills. Sharp attention to detail. Well-organized and reliable. Familiarity of dental instruments and sterilization methods is a plus point but not necessary as training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
