Join Our Smile-Crafting Team

We're looking for a Dental Technician who blends digital innovation with artistic craftsmanship to create lifelike smiles. If you have mastered both ceramic artistry and CAD/CAM design, and love working on full-arch and aesthetic restorations, this is your opportunity to shine.

At our modern digital dental lab, you'll collaborate closely with experienced clinicians on advanced cases including All-on-4, All-on-6, full-mouth rehabilitation, crowns, and bridges. You'll be part of a team that values precision, beauty, and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Design and fabricate restorations using Zirkonzahn, Exocad, 3Shape, or similar CAD/CAM systems. Perform ceramic layering, staining, and glazing to achieve natural, aesthetic results. Handle All-on-4 / All-on-6, implant prosthetics, and crown & bridge cases. Collaborate with dentists for optimal occlusion, shade, and function. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all cases. Maintain digital workflows, materials, and equipment calibration.

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years' experience in a dental lab, with at least 3 years in CAD/CAM and ceramic work. Proven portfolio in All-on-4, All-on-6, crown & bridge, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and shade matching. Proficiency in Exocad, 3Shape, or equivalent digital design software. Strong attention to detail, artistic eye, and pride in quality craftsmanship. Positive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in zirconia, e.max, and layered porcelain restorations. Familiar with CAM milling machines, sintering furnaces, and 3D printing systems. Experience with digital implant workflows (scan bodies, guided surgery, etc.) is a plus.
