Role Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

  • The role is to support and manage Deposit product for retail segment.
  • Deliver Business Performance in terms of Balance Sheet and Revenue
  • Ensure Product adheres to internal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory guidelines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage end to end product management initiatives including managing new product rollouts, product enabler improvement and ongoing product maintenance activities covering both Retail Individual and Business Banking clients
  • Perform market research, financial analysis and conceptual ideas and build business case on the product / initiative
  • Drive best in class client acquisition & onboarding journey
  • Be a champion for change - drive improvements in processes to deliver better client experience.
  • Recommends strategies and implement effective marketing plans
  • Be the overall lead on the product / projects assigned
  • Track, analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness and profitability
  • Identify, mitigate, monitor and resolve risk issues. Review product operations, client experience, client complains to ensure operational issues are resolved.
  • Ensure adherence to bank's values; legal & compliance is top of mind during strategy and implementation.
  • Ensure reporting requirements are met and reported in timely manner
  • Works across all lines of stakeholders
OUTPUTS:
  • Build sustainable balance sheet growth and meet revenue target
  • Ensure product governance and risk controls are well managed
  • Drive acquisition channels to deliver the objectives and strategy set
