Depot Operation

Setup new depot, staffing, all relevant licensing, facilities readiness to comply with all laws and regulations. Recruit PUSH Participants (skim 1 & 2) and Freelance Acquisitions Agents Plan and assign daily collection routes to optimize vehicle utilization and collection volume, according to zones. Manage all used cooking oil (UCO) collection and transporter activities. Attend to PUSH enquiries, assist with system issues. Q&Q and UCO receipt.

New Outlets Management

Compile and ensure completeness of new outlet documentation. Data entry into google form. Make arrangements for cash payment outlets. Plan new drum deployments for new outlets

PUSH Administration

New Outlet Acquisitions and collection UCO Collection Technical Services Drums Deployments Push Participants Daily New Outlets monitoring via Cash Payments Push Participants performance monitoring

Government Liaison and Regulatory Matters

Ensure all MPOB, local municipal licenses are in good order and strictly comply to ISCC regulations. Ensure all environment, health and safety regulations are strictly observed.

Reporting and Systems

Generate timely report daily, weekly and monthly to HQ. Maintain all company documents in good order and securely Administration of collection app systems. Involvement in FHEES SYSTEM development and implementation.

Commercial Activities

Acquisition of all businesses with UCO to dispose with FHE. Work with Commercial to ensure smooth growth of UCO credit vendors volume, ensuring feedback and vendor requests for service delivery is attended and resolved promptly.

Customer Service

Manage feedback, request or complaints by our customers and provide satisfactory solution (24/7). Attend to urgent manual requests Manage and ensure good customer service standards.

Special Projects

DBKL pasar malam, pusat penjaja (hundreds) - assign drivers, monitor collection quantity. Selangor FC pasar malam project - assign drivers, monitor collection quantity.

Others - Ad Hoc Tasks from time to time by Head.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
