Develop and execute research and innovation strategies to elevate institutional output.
Lead collaborations with local and international partners, research bodies, and industry.
Oversee academic staff development, scholarly activities, and research grants.
Ensure effective governance and adherence to university policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and institutional transformation programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
PhD in a relevant academic field.
At least 10 years of experience in higher education, with significant leadership exposure.
Proven track record in research management, innovation development, or academic administration.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in
English, Bahasa Melayu, and Arabic
.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
