The successful candidate will be assisting the Director in the overall strategic development and operational execution of the SME Centre roadmap. The candidate will also be driving business consulting services, incubation services, capability building programs and grants facilitation to help SMEs scale, innovate and thrive in a competitive economy. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational, management, communication, negotiation and strategic leadership skills to be a primary liaison collaborating with government agencies, industry partners and stakeholders engagement.
+ Candidates should possess a recognized Master/ Doctoral degree in relevant fields, with a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in leadership, managerial or deputy roles.
+ Experience in business consulting, incubation services or SME development programs, budgeting and financial planning for programs, projects, or operations is an added advantage.
+ Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation,public relations and networking skills.
