Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control & Compliance

Assist in overseeing full spectrum finance functions including GL, AR, AP, taxation, and statutory reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Review monthly financial statements, consolidation reports, and variance analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Internal Controls & Audit

Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to governance frameworks. Liaise with external and internal auditors for audit-related matters.

Process Improvement

Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation in finance operations. Review and improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures.

Team Supervision

Provide guidance to finance team members and ensure timely, accurate task delivery. Act as second-in-command to the Finance Controller in leading the finance department.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA). Minimum 8-12 years' experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related fields. Strong knowledge of MFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls. Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, and able to work in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
