Deputy Finance Manager (manufacturing)(shah Alam)

Job Description
As a deputy finance manager, this role requires you to conduct Group consolidation, management reporting, and corporate finance-relevant matters. The role is reporting to the finance manager.
You will be in charge of:
- Oversee the consolidation of monthly management reports, quarterly financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Assist in the analysis of monthly financial results and variances.
- Manage the General Ledger and associated reporting processes.
- Proficient in handling full-set accounts and providing monthly financial analyses.
- Support the creation and refinement of corporate budgets and forecasts.
- Aid in the preparation of statutory reports and tax-related activities.
- Contribute to financial modelling for corporate initiatives.
In order for you to be suitable for the role, you must have the followings:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or other professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc...)
- 3-5 years of experience in consolidation
- Prior experience in Audit would be advantageous
- Prior experience in PLCs or dealing with IPO would be advantageous
- Operational hands-on, independent and highly motivated
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and motivation
- Ability to provide insightful insights and recommendations for improvement
