Job Responsibilities To assist the SGM in managing the department. Collaborate with internal and external parties such as Sales & Marketing, Project Planning, Project Implementation, consultants to perform feasibility study on existing and new land bank to achieve new launch budget. To source for new lands / projects and establish contact with real estate agents and third party for potential outright purchase/JV and privatization Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence or market research of real estate development opportunities. Prepare complete feasibility study to present to management for land acquisition and other investment opportunities. Involve in database management, trend analysis, competitors analysis, overseas property market, design and concept, prepare reports and present to the management. Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Business Studies, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with at least 5 years\' experience at management level specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
