Job Description


Purchasing Function Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking HR & Admin Function HR Manager reporting to Deputy General Manager Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Develop & implement employee life cycle policy Implementation of new organizations human resource information system (HRIS) across Group Companies in APAC. (C) Finance Function Work together with Deputy Director-Finance on the operation of Finance Dept Plan, implement and manage the overall financial strategy Be aware of the company\'s financial position at all time and advise President on any potential risk arising from the company operation and process as well as project affecting to company financial position Responsible for accuracy of finance reporting Constantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimization Oversee and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s finance IT system Develops and implements departmental budget.
