Tanggungjawab

• Lead, drive, and have overall responsibility for the entire Logistics Sector, including Depot, Warehouse, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, and related areas such as Operations, Commercial, and Customer Service, ensuring efficient and effective management of all aspects.
• Responsible for the P&L of the entire Company\'s Logistics Sector which include setting and achieve annual budget and investment.
• Manage the Organization Structure and ensure Company\'s processes under the guidance of superior.
• Develop medium to long term sales plans and prepare strategics to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with the target customers.
• Constantly review pricing policies to ensure the competitiveness and recommend changes as and when necessary
• Maintain good customer service relationship management with existing and new customers
• Provide market feedback through close liaison with customers and vendors
• Comply with all the scopes and KPIs stipulated in the contracts with customers
• Retain current customers and always work to identify and seek to capture new and related business for the department
• Attend to feedback from hauliers, consignees and any other parties with regards to the operations
• Attend operations meeting with customers to discuss operation work plan and implementation
• Drive productivity improvement and initiatives and optimize the usage of resources.
• Responsible to manage the Business Risk and Compliance for the Company.
• Prepare the Management Report of the Company based on the requirement of Senior Management
• Assist on any local or regional business RFQ / opportunities as assigned by the Senior Management.
• Identify safety hazards in operations areas and proactively eliminate any risks
• Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace and integrate safety into daily work activities
• Adhere to statutory and company\'s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
