Job Description


Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience and added advantage for those from automotive industry.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Possess a minimum of diploma and equivalent.
Tasks & responsibilities
  • To support the business division on day-to-day Human Resource operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management, industrial relations and employee relations.
  • Manage the recruitment activities which include job posting, candidate sourcing, interview & selection.
  • Prepare salary proposal, Letter of Employment and provide on boarding support to new joiners.
  • Compile and analyze staff attendance records for staff disciplinary issues.
  • Coordinate staff probationary/ confirmation review and conduct staff exit interview.
  • Coordinate Annual Review submission from respective branches for approval.
  • Handle staff grievances, employee engagement activities and industrial relations matters including handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide HR data and reports as and when required for ISO audit, compliance and regulatory requests.
