Job description
My client is an aquaculture product manufacturing and services MNC. They are looking for someone hands-on who will undertake transformation and strategic planning responsibilities for their existing plant.
- To assist Plant manager in driving plant operations and handling transformation needs
- Develop strategic manufacturing plans aligned with group strategy and goals.
- Continuous improvement of overall plant operations ( HSE, quality, production, etc.) to achieve world class manufacturing goals with high quality and output of products in a safe and clean working environment.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical/mechatronic engineering, or its equivalent
- Hands on management/ supervisory experience related to industries like aquaculture, F&B, chemical, medical devices, pharmaceutical or other similar products
- Strong achievement in organizational restructure, change management, and transformation.
