Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
• To design, develop or update SOP and best practices for prodcution operation.
• To assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
• To optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
• Responsible for maintaining and imporving all equipment / process related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
• To assist Senior Production Manager in managing a team of supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components.
• To coordinate between Quality Control team, sub-contractos, technical team, Material Procurement and Mould team to ensure smooth production.
• Follow up on preventive measures and corrective action taken.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work ecperience in contrustion or precast industry.
• Ability to work as team member.
• Prior experience in precast projects will be an added advantage.

Technical Competencies:

• Must have some knowledge of architectural precast works (measurements, sequence, concept, theoretical understanding).
• Ability to interpret and counter-propose production-related drawings to ensure compliance, cost, and time efficiency.
• Prior Singapore construction project experience is a strong advantage.

Skills Required
