JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to lead Hire Purchase Sales Team in Southern Region (Negeri Sembilan, Malacca & Johor).
- To ensure a high standard of service and compliance with company Standard Operation Procedures.
- Strong proponent and agent of change to improve operational efficiency.
- To motivate and promote team spirit in achieving the region\xe2\x80\x99s target.
- Visit relevant automotive outlets and maintain a good rapport with them.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Business, Marketing, or any related industry. Experience in Automotive Sales or Finance Services will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel whenever necessary.
