Job Description

:

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Design Architect

to develop innovative design concepts and translate client needs into functional, buildable solutions. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual designs, sketches, 3D models, and presentations. Prepare and refine design drawings and specifications. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure design intent. Ensure design solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with project goals. Maintain high aesthetic and functional standards through all stages of design development. Attend site visits and coordination meetings as required.

Requirements:

At least Degree in Architecture or related field. 2-5 years of experience in architectural design. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
