To conduct presentation and client consultant meeting and to ensure all documentation and correspondences are well prepare and recorded.
Design to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s budget while ensuring all client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement are met.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Directors/Partners in the proper and timely delivery of services to clients.
Responsible to carry out any job assigned to you and manage design process.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the design process, documentation and construction.
To ensure drawings are checked for design and technical integrity before issuance.
To monitor and following through the Project programming from schematics stage to handover of project.
Liaising with relevant consultant and authorities
Maintain and build individual reputation, skill and professionalism both within and outside of the company.
To ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
To ensure the quality of design and technical documentation are maintained and meeting the Standard set by Simplex Architecture.
To ensure the integrity of the concept is maintained by reviewing:-
First issue of drawing before distribution
Specification and schedule of finishes or materials
All presentation materials - board or computer based presentation
Requirements :
Min Bachelor Degree in Architecture (Part II) or above.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in Architecture projects especially High Rise Building, Commercial, Hospitality etc.
Good communication & presentation skills both written and spoken in English
Able to work both independently and in a team, self-motivated and result-oriented
Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
