Job Description

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

s:

• To Design, Built, Testing and Commissioning for an integrated Mill Plant System, Cocoa Mill, etc.
• To provide engineering solutions or customized systems tailored to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
• To prepare layout drawing, concept detail design, layout planning, project management and commissioning works.
• Supervise the commissioning activities in the customer plant.
• Engaging in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), installation and on-site commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with other engineers in order to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s project dateline and requirements.
• Plan and execute mechanical designs using CAD systems (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Ensuring the design and component selection for Factory Automatic Systems, such as robotics tracking systems, adhere to both standards and customer specifications.
• Provide suggestion and machine improvement for better machine efficiency in the future.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic) or related field is required.
• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in design, project management and delivery for Automation manufacturing. (fertilizer, feed mill, cocoa mill, bio fertilizer etc.)
• Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Familiar with bulk material handling systems and factory automation system is an added advantage.
• Familiar with PLC Programming, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron will be an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or overseas based on project requirements
• Full-Time positions available.
