• Design and develop EV Power Systems (including Battery and Charging Station) hardware test systems using the clients advanced solutions, with a focus on power system hardware components and system integration.
• Assemble and integrate hardware components, and perform software testing to ensure seamless operation.
• Conduct rigorous tests to evaluate the performance, safety, stability, and durability of EV hardware power systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automotive electrical vehicle technologies and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Lead customer engagement for EV battery, EV charging, and EV power electronics from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, global solution development teams, and other disciplines to develop and secure complex opportunities.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, focusing on EV technologies such as EV battery, high-power applications, and EV charging measurement solutions.

Qualifications:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or a related field with a strong ability to tackle problems both hands-on and analytically.
• Typically over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in high-power product design, high-power DC systems, or relevant cross-functional leadership roles.
• Knowledge of C# is a plus.
• Familiarity with EV power systems and test development is advantageous.
• Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced product development environment while balancing engineering decisions with project timelines, material costs, and manufacturability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential for driving development and supporting customer needs.
