This role involves in feasibility studies, design, material selection, costing, and stakeholder management for heat exchanger.
Design various types of heat exchangers, including shell and tube, air-cooled, condensers, and reboilers, using client-provided process data.
Analyze client process details, perform P&ID studies, and conduct thermal design using HTRI software.
Optimize heat exchanger designs during the bidding stages to enhance project outcomes.
Select appropriate heat exchanger materials and optimize tube layouts through detailed process calculations.
Collaborate effectively with other disciplines, departments, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
Lead the preparation and thorough review of techno-commercial estimations for static equipment, including heat exchangers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and inspection agencies to ensure project success.

Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Preferably 5+ years of experience in consulting and engineering within the oil & gas and petrochemical industries.
Proficient in using HTRI and other advanced heat exchanger design software.
Experienced in utilizing PV Elite and Compress.
Thorough knowledge of industry Codes and Standards (TEMA, ASME, API) related to Pressure Equipment and Heat Exchangers.
Familiar with Client Engineering Standards and Specifications to ensure customized and compliant solutions.
