1. Design Engineer
The following candidates must/shall:
- Carry out detailed design of all MEPF (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary/Fire Protection/ELV) system from concept into a workable and maintainable data centre that complies with client/consultant specification and requirements.
- Knowledgeable to comply with local code of practice, policies, standard, statutory regulation, and authority submissions.
- Able to coordinate space management and general arrangement of equipment.
- Lead and manage internal and external design teams including subcontractor and specialised suppliers.
- Carry out site surveys to recognise the needs and necessity to raise recommendations where necessary.
- Have the ability to self-manage, resolve complex problems, and provide innovative solutions into practice.
- Able to justify cost and other budgetary issues on selection of equipment and material.
- Have experience in BIM/REVIT for MEPF and other related design software.
- Must be able to coordinate and aid the Construction and Commissioning Team (MEPF) on technical aspect on a timely basis during the project.
Min 3 years of experience working in data center environment
Contract for one year but renewable depending on project requirement

- Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
