$ 9,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Responsible for design reviews, comprehensive technical supports and coordination of multi-discipline groups for mega projects
Participate in technical discussion with clients and suppliers
Participate in interface coordination with vendors and sub-suppliers
Perform engineering tasks related to project sites efficient and accurate
Establish QA process for design quality control on project sites
Coordinate design firms on related project sites in accordance with applicable QA Process
Prepare technical drawings for projects such as industrial structures
Prepare and respond commercial issues from client design firms and sub-contractors
Manage specifically assigned project site activities such as design schedule, technical issues and liaison with various stakeholders
Submission application to authority and follow up
Monitoring and helping permits for construction process
Control (reception and distribution) and manage the drawings and documents from client and design firm
Responsible for filling in the relevant forms of the Beijing HQ
Participate in technical inspection of projects in the South Pacific Region



Requirement
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Post graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree , Master\'s Degree
At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
At least 1 year of working experience in construction site
Required Skills : Auto CAD , REVIT , MS-Office
Preferably specialised in Architecture or Equivalent
Preferably have working experience in construction Industry Requirements
