Job Description
Location : Mid Valley CitySalary : RM 4,000 - 6,000job description
- Design of commercial, residential, industrial buildings in precast.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants and main-contractor on project details and resolving technical issues.
- Preparation and completion of precast shop drawings with specific time and also meets all clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. Ensure accuracy and updating amendments on all precast shop drawings.
- Attend meetings with consultants and main-contractor as well as site meetings.
- Manage staff drafting and check drawings to ensure design concept compliance.
- Manage, plan and schedule projects, shop drawings for submission and production.
- Liaise internally with coordinator and production on submission and issuance of shop drawings on any technical issue and keep them updated of any revision.
- Conduct review on details of design to ensure accuracy of shop drawings produced.
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction design and precast industry.
- Familiar with design analysis software such as Etabs, Prokon, etc.
- Good communication skills.
