DESIGN ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Steel Structure Specialist) to join our dynamic team at Dynamic Building System Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a critical role in the planning, design, and management of complex steel structure projects, contributing to the company's growth and success within the Civil/Structural Engineering industry.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Conduct site visits, analyse project requirements, and provide technical expertise to address challenges.

Coordinate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Ensure contractual compliance and contractual analysis, and best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the design and construction of steel structures.

Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Fresh graduates (Engineering - Civil, Mechanical, and other equivalent) are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,787.01 per month
