Job Description

Job Responsibilities:To take responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, includingdesign, research, prototyping, engineering documentation, estimating, mock-up co-ordination and process improvement.EngineeringTo be aligned with the companys Vision, Mission and Guiding PrincipleTo work towards achieving the companys KPIs and departmental KPIsTo carryout detailed mechanical design work include 3D modelling, including simulation & surface modelling.Responsible for documenting every information during design stage and approval of design on each project. Also, to ensure the files are up-to-date according to ISO 9001 standards.To highlight all technical risk on the design to the Manager or Superior prior to design complete.Once a project is confirmed, responsible to coordinate and liaise with related team to prepare fabrication drawings to allow manufacture or purchase of parts.Responsible for New/Customize products to work closely with supplier, operation and production to ensure products are manufacture as per design.Responsible for reporting progress on all assigned task to their superior.Responsible to coordinate with supplier in term of engineering issue.Responsible of managing the task in a timely basis.QA/QCResponsible to attend customers complaint and carry-out necessary action needed to prevent and resolve current issue.Responsible for Troubleshooting and countermeasure problematic seatTo work with Quality Control on a Testing Method for incoming and outgoing productTake initiative on Quality improvement which benefit for companyProductionResponsible to attend pre-production and take part in term of FDTN respond to the teamResponsible to attend production issue where is findings raised by Production or QCCoordinate a Work Instruction for productionDesign jig and fixture for production if necessaryRequirements:Must have a Degree in Mechanical EngineeringFamiliar with material specification, technical process and fabrication processFamiliar with Microsoft Office up to date versionExcellent SolidWork & AutoCAD Software in any versionAble to work under minimum supervision.Willing to exert more effort in learning and has a sense of curiosity on its workCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSBasic Salary 3,000.00-4,000.00Monthly Mobile AllowanceExpected Monthly Gross Salary 3,500.00 - 4,500.00Free LunchFree Flow Coffee & TeaClinic AllowanceOptical/Dental AllowanceMedical CardFree Parking5 days a weekFlexi working hoursInhouse Mini GymRecreation Club ActivityQualified and interested candidates are request to contact 016-2273651 for an immediate interview appointmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Experience:

• material specification, technical and fabrication process: 2 years (Preferred)
• Working with SolidWork & AutoCAD Software: 2 years (Preferred)
• Hands on with detailed mechanical designing & 3D modelling: 2 years (Preferred)
